American Thoroughbred Ventures is a unique company that offers opportunities to share in the breeding and development of racehorses. These horses are then sold to the end users for racing purposes.  We do not mark up our horses from the original purchase price.  We sincerely believe that nobody out there can make this claim.  We clearly define from beginning to end each venture. There are no additional monthly fees.  While it may not offer the glamour and limelight of racing, we believe it offers a better a chance for a positive return on investment.  In addition, an investor and his family can gain personal satisfaction by visiting the horses in Kentucky and/or Florida.  Investors will receive newsletters, updates and pictures of the mares and their foals.

This is an exciting opportunity which we feel so strongly about that, outside of normal operating expenses, ATV will only receive 10% share of any profits generated by this endeavor.  If any of the partnership venture fails to generate a profit, no fee will be assessed.
